That meaning barely scratches the surface of how the Young Team operates their business. The team is a cohesive group of talented Cleveland real estate professionals cooperating with each other to set a new standard among the Cleveland real estate market.

Since 1994, Jeff and Terry Young have been involved in real estate, helping hundreds of families buy or sell a home. Their passion, expertise, and youthful energy fueled a “love of real estate,” driving the team of two to become Cleveland market experts focusing on the East Side.

In 2008, the Young Team joined Keller Williams Greater Cleveland and immediately became a company top producing team. It wasn’t until 2013 when their son, Ryan Young, took ownership and helped sell over 45 million dollars of real estate for the team in just two years.

Since becoming a part Keller Williams, the team has aligned under the company’s vision and belief system, contributing to the success of the Young Team’s growth. Working as a family owned and operated business for over 20 years, the close-knit and supportive environment has withstood the expansion of the team, now at 8 members, including Jeff and Terry.

The Young Team has managed to create a strong system of diverse individuals under a collective goal of helping others buy or a sell a home. Their focus and strengths lie in their ability to provide unparalleled customer service to their clients. Each team member has a part in advising and helping clients though each step by providing market knowledge and industry expertise.
